My thoughts go out to Nathan Demian, his family, and the Ohio State men’s soccer team during this deeply troubling time. Nathan’s bravery and resilience, along with the support of his loved ones and the university community, are inspiring.
As a member of the student body, I want to help affirm our collective commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment for all students. This tragic incident serves as a stark reminder of the importance of addressing safety concerns both on and off campus.
I encourage our community to come together to support Nathan in his recovery, whether through keeping him in our thoughts, offering assistance to his team, or engaging in broader conversations about campus safety.
